RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are checked for quality before dispatch.  Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product maybe damaged in the delivery process.  Should the happen please return the damaged or wrong products by Email / WhatsApp contact.  We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.  For overseas customer, we will re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase.  The delivery charge depends on the originally total order amount, our staff will first communicate and align with you about the delivery fee.

PLEASE REFER TO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

1.  Free after-sales repair and maintenance services .

2.  Product can be exchange if there is a damaged problem ( Does not cover man-caused damage )

3.  Refund policy is not available .

4.  Effective receipt in needed for product exchange .

5.  We will process exchange within 10 business days of receiving the returns items.
